Flawless Occasions was started by Beth Carrick in 2007 and quickly earned a spectacular reputation for superior customer service, attention to detail, and expertise in the wedding and event planning industry. While Beth has always loved planning events, her true love for it started when she was the Rush Chairman for her college sorority. After college, Beth joined corporate America and gained over 17 years of experience working with high profile clients, traveling, and planning implementation meetings, customer outings, and corporate events. She also started and ran a chapter of Single Volunteers where she organized events, fundraisers, and provided volunteers for other non-profit organizations. With years of experience in planning events and recognizing that it was a true labor of love, Beth took the leap of faith in 2007 by becoming a Certified Wedding Planner and starting Flawless Occasions.
At Flawless Occasions, our team of six are all experienced, qualified, and provide a very high level of service which gives you the peace of mind that your day will turn out just as you always dreamed! We have planned and executed hundreds of weddings and events so we know just where to find the perfect ideas, amazing venues, reputable vendors, and anything else you need for your wedding. We make sure that every element of your special day reflects your personal style and budget while we help you understand all of the contracts and save you hours of time and research. Flawless Occasions takes a limited amount of weddings each year so we can focus on every wedding and make sure our brides receive the attention they deserve.
Our brides are not just our clients, they are also our friends. It is not uncommon for us to greet you with a hug and talk to you about other aspects of your life when we meet throughout your planning process. We genuinely care about each and every one of our clients. While we know we are not the least expensive planner in town, we have a proven track record and have a fantastic reputation in the industry. The most common sentence on the thank you letters we receive is “You were worth every penny I paid, and more!”.

The Flawless Occasions office is located in Tampa, FL but we travel worldwide for weddings.
